Canoeing - kayaking is surely the ideal way to explore the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve.
By choosing a 2-day descent in the heart of the Gorges and the Nature Reserve,
you will be able to navigate at your own pace, discovering the fabulous landscapes!

You're off for two days of adventure in the Ardèche!

Make sure to bring your own equipment for the bivouac: sleeping bag and a small tent (unless you have booked an overnight stay in a tent), as well as a change of clothes.

Bring your own food for both days. Since you will be in a Nature Reserve, there will be no possibility of eating on site.

It is crucial to protect yourself from the sun. Don't leave without a good sunscreen to apply regularly. You risk keeping a fond memory of your adventure (the weather is always nice and warm in Ardèche)!

Wear closed shoes such as sneakers or canyoning shoes. If you wear glasses or sunglasses, remember to tie them with a suitable string so as not to lose them in the river in the event of a fall.
